From the desk of Editor-in-chief: What is holiness?
Various preachers of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ have addressed the subject of holiness. The Bible also confirms and affirms that without holiness no one shall see the Lord (Heb.12:14). In this editorial, we shall examine an aspect of holiness that many people do not pay attention to. Leviticus 19:13 says, “Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.”…
Lfe is a battlefield where contending ideas and forces compete for supremacy. What we often rely on for victory when life presents us with challenges that test our strength, patience, and understanding is hardly enough to give us an edge, unless we enlist the support of God. In such moments, the concept of divine assistance becomes a powerful source of comfort and hope. We daily prepare for war but put our trust in God for victory. Divine assistance refers to the help, guidance, and support that comes from God, especially when human effort alone seems insufficient. It is the quiet assurance that we are not alone in our struggles and that a higher power is actively working on our behalf.
Divine assistance does not always come in dramatic or visible ways. Sometimes, it appears as inner peace during chaos, unexpected opportunities, timely wisdom, or the strength to endure difficult circumstances. It reminds us that even when we cannot see a way forward, God is already making one.
Faith plays a crucial role in experiencing divine assistance. When we trust God wholeheartedly, we open ourselves to His guidance and intervention…
