This initiative targets young Christian professionals between the ages of 20 and 40. The training commenced in May 2025, with the second strand held in July 2025.
Strand 2 of the Catalysing Leadership Training was held from July 10–12, 2025, as part of a strategic effort to raise a generation of youth leaders who will influence their communities and vocations with integrity, purpose, and a strong biblical foundation.

Participants left the training with renewed enthusiasm and were encouraged to take what they had learned back into their schools, churches, and communities. Plans are already underway for Strand 3, which will explore additional topics on sustainable leadership.
Impact and Feedback
The training was highly impactful, with participants expressing appreciation for the relevance, depth, and spiritual grounding of the sessions. Many attested to a renewed sense of purpose, clarity in their leadership journey, and the importance of leading with humility, vision, and integrity.
As these young people rise to lead with courage, compassion, and conviction, they represent the future of godly leadership in Nigeria and beyond.
