He has his first degree in Mass Communication from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. He is a professional Public Relations Practitioner and a member of several professional bodies such as Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Capital Market Registrar, Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria, Institute of Corporate Affairs Management, etc and holds an MBA in Advertising and Public Relations from the prestigious ESUT Business School, Enugu, Nigeria.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p>Samuel is a child of God who got born again on the 1st day of June 1992 during a youth rally and he has since remained a Christian by the grace of God.
